Asma Berrak Clerk BY THE JUDGE JUDGMENT [ 1 ] In light of the clarifications provided by the respondent during the hearing before me, and in light particularly of the refusal by the applicant’s principal to avail himself of the time extension which the motions judge was prepared to give him in order for him to fulfill his obligation to retain the services of counsel on behalf of the applicant, I cannot see how the motions judge could have arrived any conclusion other than that on the basis of which he granted the motion, as presented.
