Robert Osadchuck Clerk BY THE COURT JUDGMENT [ 1 ] Petitioner presents a motion for revocation of a judgment rendered by Justice François Doyon on November 11, 2011 and to erase false and outrageous statements made by Mtre Pierre Bélanger during the hearing before Justice Doyon. [ 2 ] As for that second part of the motion, the Court has no jurisdiction allowing it to grant such a motion. [ 3 ] As for the motion for revocation, the Court can find no basis in articles 482 and 483 C.C.P. for such a motion. [ 4 ] Consequently, the Court: [ 5 ] DISMISSES the motion presented by Petitioner, without costs.
