Annick Nguyen Clerk JUDGMENT [ 1 ] In response to appellant's motion for leave to amend its inscription in appeal and exposé, the respondent has indicated that she did not contest. [ 2 ] In passing, I would like to mention to the parties that in view of the recent judgment of this Court in Droit de la famille - 121718, [2012] J.Q. no 6389, 2012 QCCA 1229 , this appeal has been irregularly formed since leave to appeal was not sought.
