section 95 of the Youth Protection Act to revise and extend the decision rendered on November 28 th , 2012. [ 2 ] In support of his recommendations, the attorney for the Director of Youth Protection submits a report prepared by the applicant [Social Worker 1] . [ 3 ] It appears, from the report, that the mother, who still needs to maintain long term sobriety, is now able to ensure the care of their children. The DPJ suggest that the children be entrusted to her and that a person working for [Center A] provides aid, counsel and assistance to the children and their family for a period of one year.

[ 4 ] The father also needs to work on his addiction issues, to get more involved in the children's life and to participate actively in the application of the measures. [ 5 ] Both parents agree to the recommendations. [ 6 ] Given the evidence adduced consisted mainly in the filling of the social report; [ 7 ] Given the consent of all parties with the social practitioner's recommendations; [ 8 ] THEREFORE THE COURT : [ 9 ] GRANTS the petition; [ 10 ] DECLARES that the security and the development of the children are still compromise; [ 11 ] REVISES AND EXTENDS the decision rendered on the November 28, 2012; ORDERS that the children be entrusted to their mother's care; ORDERS that the visits between the children and their father be supervised if judged necessary and be to the modalities established by the delegate of the Director of Youth Protection; any conflicts being submitted to the Court; ORDERS that a person authorised by the Director of Youth Protection provides aid, counsel and assistance to the children and their family for a period of 12 months; RECOMMENDS that the children do not witness conflicts between parents and that they are not submitted to any alienating or negative remarks; RECOMMENDS that the mother seeks services to maintain her sobriety; RECOMMENDS that the father seeks services for his addiction; [ 12 ] ENTRUSTS the situation of the children to the Director of Youth Protection who shall then see that the measures are carried out. __________________________________ Marie Pratte, J.C.Q.
