C-25.01) and 582 C.C.Q.). [ 1 ] Court is seized with a Motion requesting the placement of the child, X, born on […] 2007 be pronounced in view of his adoption. [ 2 ] Considering the proof made by the Applicant; [ 3 ] Considering that the Applicant is of majority and at least 18 years older than the minor child. [ 4 ] Considering the mother’s consent to adoption signed on March 9 th 2016 (exhibit P-2). [ 5 ] Considering that the Applicant is the only father the child has even known; [ 6 ] Considering that the Applicant and the Intervenor got married on February 3 rd 2012 (exhibit P-4); [ 7 ] Considering that the Applicant and the Intervenor have been living separately since July 1 st 2013 but that the Applicant still takes care of the child and wishes to adopt her; [ 8 ] Considering that the child has been living with the Applicant and the Intervenor since her birth and that they have been sharing custody of the child equally since their break-up; [ 9 ] Considering that the motion is in the best interest of the child; FOR THESE MOTIVES : [ 10 ] GRANTS the motion; [ 11 ] ORDERS the placement of the child with the Applicant, Mr A and the Intervenor, Ms B; [ 12 ] TAKES ACT that the Applicant has chosen to identify the minor child under the same of the name of X during the duration of the placement order; [ 13 ] ORDERS that the placement be for a period of six months but ALLOWS it to be reduced after a period of three months
