[ 2 ] Although the defendant has been sent bills and demand letters no payment has been made to the plaintiff. [ 3 ] The defendant did not appear nor filed any contestation on receipt of the demand. [ 4 ] The plaintiff proved the claim.

THEREFORE THE COURT: ALLOWS the present claim: SENTENCES Atlantic Cold Seafoods Ltd to pay to the Harbour Authority of La Tabatière & Mutton Bay the amount of 5 197,45$, plus interest at legal rate and the additional indemnity provided for by
