[ 2 ] Garage La Finesse Inc., did not attend the hearing which proceeded by default. [ 3 ] The statement of account and invoices and the testimony of Mr.
Alirize Amiri established the balance of account as claimed. [ 4 ] The written Contestation does not set out any substantive defense. [ 5 ] Given the sufficiency of the Plaintiff’s evidence and the absence of evidence in defense. BY THESE REASONS, THE COURT: CONDEMNS the Defendant to pay the Plaintiff the amount of $5,141.18, with interest at the legal rate plus the additional indemnity provided at Section1619 of the Civil Code of Québec , calculated from February 4, 2016, THE WHOLE with the Court fees of $250.00 for the cost of the stamp. __________________________________ DAVID L.
