P-34.1 ) ______________________________________________________________________ [ 1 ] The Director of Youth Protection demands that the security and development of the child X, born on […], 2001, be declared in danger. [ 2 ] There is no declared father and both the mother and her son are present and represented. [ 3 ] The Court took knowledge of the social study and the contents of the draft agreement signed by the parties. [ 4 ] The measures agreed upon between the mother and the Director of Youth Protection respects the rights of the child and are in his best interest.

The situation of the child at home has improved following steps taken by the mother, but still, close supervision is necessary. [ 5 ] The consent of the mother is free and enlightened.

As for the child, his lawyer signed the agreement. [ 6 ] FOR THESE MOTIVES, THE COURT: [ 7 ] GRANTS the demand; [ 8 ] DECLARES the security and development of the child in danger; [ 9 ] ORDERS the implementation of the measures listed in the draft agreement filed as exhibit D-3, and annexed to the present judgement; specifically the following measures: - maintains the child with the mother; - with the following conditions that will apply for a period of 6 (six) months , starting on January 10, 2012: - that a person working for an establishment or organism, provide aid counsel and assistance to the mother and the child; - that the mother collaborate and participate in the measures proposed to correct the situation: namely alcohol abuse and psychological counselling; - that the mother present herself on a regular basis to the Director of Youth Protection, on the measures applied to correct the

situation; [ 10 ] ORDERS to any police officer to collaborate in the execution of the measures agreed upon between the parties, if requested to do so, by the Director of Youth Protection; [ 11 ] ENTRUSTS the situation of the child to the Director of Youth Protection, for the purpose of executing the measures agreed upon between the parties. __________________________________ DANIEL BÉDARD, J.C.Q.
