section 38 of the Youth Protection, introduced by the Director of Youth Protection, for the purpose of declaring that the security and the development of X and Y are considered to be in danger for the following reasons: There is a situation in which there is a serious risk that the children parents are not providing the basic needs relating to the basic physical needs, health and appropriate supervision. [ 2 ] In support of her recommendations, the attorney for the Director of Youth Protection submits a report (D-1) prepared by the declarant [Social Worker 1]. [ 3 ] Given the evidence adduced consisted mainly in the filling of the social practitioner's report; [ 4 ] Given the consent of all parties with the social practitioner's recommendations; THEREFORE THE COURT : GRANTS the petition; DECLARES that the security and the development of the children are compromise for the motives alleged in the said petition; ENTRUSTS X and Y to the paternal grandmother, A, for a period of six months, with a reintegration with the parents if the situation is possible; ORDERS that the person authorised by the Director of Youth Protection provides aid, counsel and assistance to the children and the family for a period of 12 months; ORDERS that the visits between the children and the parents be supervised according to the modalities established by the delegate of the Director of Youth Protection if judged necessary; ORDERS the parents address their drug and alcohol addictions and refrain from using drugs and alcohol; ORDERS the parents report to the [Center A] worker twice monthly; RECOMMENDS the parents seek individual counselling for their personal issues; RECOMMENDS the parents receive parenting skills; ENTRUSTS the situation of the children to the Director of Youth Protection who shall then see that the measures are carried out.
