[ 7 ] FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT: ANNULS the lease entered into between the parties; CONDEMNS Defendant Andion Financial Management Inc. to pay to Plaintiff Anthony Bertucci the amount of $14,219.85 with legal interest at the legal rate and the special indemnity provided for by
