Marc Leblanc Greffier JUGEMENT [ 1 ] La requête pour permission d’appeler ne passe pas le test de l’article 511 C.p.c . Les fins de la justice commandent que la liquidation de la succession se poursuive sans embûches inutiles. [ 2 ] De toute manière, compte tenu des informations déjà fournies par la requérante, j’ai peine à voir le préjudice qu’elle pourrait subir en raison de l’ordonnance de sauvegarde.
