Mélanie Camire, Clerk at the hearing JUDGMENT [ 1 ] The applicant informed the undersigned that he has retained a counsel but refused to give his or her name and refused that he or she communicates with the prosecutor’s attorney, even though the undersigned informed him that it is of paramount importance that such communication take place, given the nature of the sole ground raised by his application for leave to appeal; [ 2 ] The applicant requests the postponement of his application to the last week of January, 2021 so as to let his lawyer file the required procedure; FOR THESE REASONS, THE UNDERSIGNED: [ 3 ] POSTPONES the applicant’s application to January 29, 2021, at 9:30 a.m., in courtroom RC-18.
