Any person who contravenes this provision commits an offence and is liable to a fine (sections 11.2, 11.2.1 and 135 Y.P.A.). [ 1 ] The Court is seized of a petition under
section 38 of the Youth Protection, introduced by the Director of Youth Protection, for the purposes of declaring that the security and the development of X are considered to be in danger for the following reasons: - The adolescent is in a situation of serious behavioural disturbance in particular since he refuses to go to school, consumes drugs and has been steeling; - The adolescent's father is failing to provide him with the appropriate supervision and supports; - The adolescent refuses to have any contact with his mother; [ 2 ] In support of his recommendations, the attorney for the Director of Youth Protection submits a report (D-1) prepared by the declarant Mrs.
Social Worker 1 . [ 3 ] Given the evidence adduced consisted mainly in the filling of the social practitioner's report; [ 4 ] Given the consent of all parties with the social practitioner's recommendations; [ 5 ] THEREFORE THE COURT : [ 6 ] GRANTS the petition; [ 7 ] DECLARES that the security and the development of the adolescent are compromised for the motives alleged in the said petition; [ 8 ] ORDERS that the adolescent X be entrusted to his parents in accordance with their current custody arrangement; [ 9 ] ORDERS that X receive and participate actively to the services required by his situation and follows the professionals recommendations; [ 10 ] ORDERS that X attend school on a regular basis; [ 11 ] ORDERS that the father receive and participate to the services required by the situation; [ 12 ] ORDERS that the parents participate actively in the elaboration and the application of the intervention plan; [ 13 ] ORDERS that a person working for the CENTRE DE JEUNESSE A give help, assistance and guidance to the adolescent and his family for a period of one year;
[ 14 ] ENTRUSTS the situation of the adolescent to the Director of Youth Protection of CENTRES DE JEUNESSE A who shall then see that the measures are carried out; __________________________________ MICHEL SÉGUIN, J.C.Q .
