FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT : [ 4 ] GRANTS the present application; [ 5 ] PRONOUNCES the adoption of the child by the petitioners, A and B, without recognition of pre-existing links of filiation; [ 6 ] ATTRIBUTES to the child the name and surname of X; [ 7 ] ORDERS that a copy of the present judgment of adoption be issued and forwarded by the clerk of the present Court to the Registrar of civil status; [ 8 ] ORDERS the Registrar of civil status to draw up a new act of birth of the aforesaid child according to the present judgment of adoption; [ 9 ] ORDERS that the Court clerk transmit a true copy of the present judgment to the Director of Youth Protection; [ 10 ] AUTHORIZES the Court clerk to transmit a true copy of the present judgment to the petitioners after the child’s original name
