The amount of the bill including taxes and disbursements (P-1) is $ 9,363.84. [ 2 ] The invoice records a partial payment of $5 000 leaving a balance of $4,363.84.

The testimony of the Plaintiff establishes the hourly rate of $ 250 and the invoice gives a detailed list of the time spent and the steps taken from the inception of the file on February 12, 2013, until the final resolution of the case on May 21, 2013. [ 3 ] The description of the steps taken and the testimony establishes that the fees were reasonable and were accurately calculated. The Defendant offered no written contestation and was not present at the hearing.
