P-34.1 ) ______________________________________________________________________ [ 1 ] After the filing of a motion asking the Court to declare the security and development of X, born on […], 2012 compromised according to

section 38 b) 2° of the Youth Protection Act the parties submitted to the Court a draft agreement on measures to put an end to this situation. [ 2 ] The child is absent but represented by a lawyer. Both parents are present and represented by a lawyer. [ 3 ] The Court is satisfied that the consent of the parties was given in a free and enlightened manner.

They acknowledged the facts that endanger the security and development of the child and the draft details those facts. [ 4 ] The draft agreement signed by the parties is filed as an exhibit on D-14. [ 5 ] The Court is of the opinion that the measures enumerated in this draft agreement are likely to put an end to the situation and respect the rights and interests of the child. For these reasons the Court: [ 6 ] Declares that the security or development of X, born on […], 2012 is in danger pursuant to

section 38 b) 2° of the Youth Protection Act ; [ 7 ] Orders the implementation of the measures mentioned in the draft agreement signed on February 27, 2013 and filed as an exhibit on D-14; [ 8 ] Entrusts the situation of X to the Director of Youth Protection at Centre Jeunesse A who shall then see that the measures are carried out.
