HEARING On Friday, September 8, 2017, Me Hébrard (for the respondent) informed the Court, by e-mail, that the appellant is now incarcerated in the Centre de détention Montréal (Bordeaux) . He also suggested that the hearing of the motion to dismiss the appeal be postponed in order to allow the appellant, who is self-represented, to appear by means of a videoconference. Me Hébrard also informed the Court that, according to the Office of the Court of Quebec (St-Hyacinthe), the appellant has received the transcripts of the trial. Judgment – see page 3.
