article 54 of the law “Loi sur la publicité légale des enterprises individuelles, des sociétés et des personnes morales” [1] , upon request, the registrar of companies can revoke the radiation of a company; the company then comes into existence again; [ 5 ] Considering that no request has yet been presented in virtue of the above-mentioned law; [ 6 ] Considering that all activities previously carried out by 9085-5578 Québec inc. are now carried out by 6394728 Canada inc.; [ 7 ] Considering that there is no “lien de droit” or legal relationship between 6394728 Canada inc. and Defendant, Logistar Inc.; [ 8 ] Considering that the Court cannot grant a remedy to 6394728 Canada inc. for a debt owed by Defendant Logistar inc. to 9085-5578 Québec inc.; FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT: DISMISSES Plaintiff's action, without costs;
