Asma Berrak Clerk JUDGMENT [ 1 ] Considering the motion to amend the terms of the judicial interim release of the applicant and the absence of contestation of the respondents; [ 2 ] Considering the amendments agreed upon to the conditions of the judicial interim release ordered by Madam Justice St-Pierre of the Court on August 26 th , 2013; THE COURT , [ 3 ] GRANTS the motion to amend the terms of the judicial interim release; [ 4 ] AMENDS the conditions of the judicial interim release set forth in the judgment of Madam Justice St-Pierre of August 26 th , 2013 as follows: 1.
Replaces the sixth bullet by the following : Reside at […], Montreal, Quebec and not change address without prior authorization of the Court ; 2. Amends the eighth bullet by adding the followings words: ''except for the period of July 24 th , 2014 to July 30 th , 2014'' . 3.
Adds to the conditions of the judicial interim release the followings ones: • Between July 23 rd , 2014 and August 1 st , 2014 : be permitted to travel to Wawa, Ontario to reside at […], Wawa Ontario, and be at this address between midnight and 6am. • Report to the OPP detachment in Wawa, Ontario located at 34 Pinewood Drive, Wawa Ontario between 8am and 4pm on July 24 th , 2014 and July 30 th , 2014.
