section 95 of the Youth Protection Act _______________________________________________________________________ Warning : The Youth Protection Act forbids the publishing or broadcasting of information allowing for a child or the child’s parents to be identified. Any person who contravenes this provision commits an offence and is liable to a fine (sections 9.2, 9.3 and 135 Y.P.A.) [ 1 ] The Director of Youth Protection presents an application for extension concerning the teenager. [ 2 ] A draft agreement intervenes between the parties which is annexed to the present judgment to constitute an integral part thereof.

[ 3 ] The facts consigned in the draft agreement permit to declare that the security or development of the teenager is still compromised. [3] The protective measures designed to remedy this situation and respond to the teenager’s needs are also elaborated and consigned in the agreement. [ 4 ] Reflecting the expressed will of the parties, this draft agreement also respects the objectives of the Youth Protection Act as well as the interests and rights of the teenager. [ 5 ] FOR ALL THESE REASONS, THE COURT: [ 6 ] GRANTS the application; [ 7 ] DECLARES that the security or the development of the teenager is still compromised under

section 38 d) 2), e) 1) and

c) of the Act. [ 8 ] RATIFIES AND DECLARES ENFORCEABLE the draft agreement having intervened between the parties and which is attached to the present judgment; [ 9 ] ENTRUSTS the situation of the child to the Director of Youth Protection for the execution of the measures; [ 10 ] THE WHOLE for a period of twelve months; April 5th, 2023 __________________________________ LISA LEROUX, J.C.Q.
