section 95 of the Youth Protection Act. [ 2 ] At the beginning of the hearing, the attorney for the Director of the Youth Protection stated that this petition is based on the following motives: - The adolescent still has problematic behaviour which will not permit his reintegration with his foster family. [ 3 ] The Court, with the consent of the adolescent attorney, read the report (D-1) filed by M e Ginette Daigle, attorney for the Director of Youth Protection; [ 4 ] Given the consent of all parties with the social practitioner's recommendations; THEREFORE THE COURT : GRANTS the petition; DECLARES that the security and the development of the adolescent is still compromise; REVISES AND EXTENDS the decision rendered on September 28 th , 2010; ORDERS that X be entrusted to a youth center for a period of six months; TAKE NOTICE of the intention of the Director of Youth Protection to clarify the best project of permanence for X; ORDERS that the contacts between X and his parents be established by the modalities of a delegate of the Director of Youth Protection; RECOMMENDS that X receives care according to his circumstance; RECOMMENDS that X and his mother participate actively to the elaboration and the application of the intervention plan; ORDERS that the exercise of the attributes of the parental authority be withdrawn from the parents and granted to the Youth Protection Director; ORDERS that a person authorised by the Director of Youth Protection provides aid, counsel and assistance to the adolescent and his family until X's majority;
