[ 1 ] Despite the able submissions of counsel for the appellant, we discern no basis justifying interference with the application judge’s decision (BM/55/2014), which was rendered on April 16, 2015 and is currently unreported. Indeed, we are in substantial agreement with his reasons for decision. [ 2 ] Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed. Costs on appeal are set at $5,000. ___________________________________ J. Malgré les arguments habiles avancés par les avocats de l’appelante, nous ne pouvons voir aucune raison nous permettant d’intervenir dans la décision du juge saisi de la requête (BM/55/2014), laquelle a été rendue le 16 avril 2015 et demeure inédite. En fait, nous souscrivons pour l’essentiel à ses motifs de décision. [2] Par conséquent, l’appel est rejeté. Les dépens en appel sont fixés à 5 000 $.
