INGRID KROBATH -and- ELIE KADOCH Defendants ______________________________________________________________________ JUDGMENT ______________________________________________________________________ [ 1 ] On January 20, 2015, a Motion for Revocation was received by Judge Louise Comeau, subject to the normal subsequent legal verifications by the Court. [ 2 ] A new Court date was set and the Defendants were duly notified of the new hearing date of April 7, 2015.

Defendants have not appeared even at the new hearing scheduled at their request. [ 3 ] Plaintiff therefore proceeds ex parte on both the Motion for Revocation and the Amended Claim. [ 4 ] Plaintiff’s representative, Pascal Cantin, appeared before the Court and testified as to the services rendered and the circumstances, including that both Defendants were present at the time. [ 5 ] Plaintiff’s claim against both Defendants is well founded in fact and in law.

FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT: DISMISSES Defendant Ingrid Krobath’s Motion for Revocation; CONFIRMS the judgment rendered by Justice Gilson Lachance, J.C.Q. on December 17, 2014; CONDEMNS solidarily Defendant Elie Kadoch to pay Plaintiff $1,145.69, plus legal interest of 5% per year, plus the additional indemnity provided at

Article 1619 of the Civil Code of Quebec from March 4, 2015; WITH JUDICIAL COSTS of $156.00 solidarily against Elie Kadoch.
