Robert Osadchuck Clerk BY THE JUDGE JUDGMENT [ 1 ] Recently, the Appellant mandated Mtre Andrew Babarcki to represent him.

In these circumstances, his attorney of record, Mtre Sharon Sandiford, seeks the Court’s permission to cease representing him. [ 2 ] The Attorney General of Canada does not contest the motion, but insists that such substitution of attorney should not delay the progress of the files. Given the absence of Mtre Babarcki, she will contact him to determine the proposed date for the filing of the Appellant’s memoranda. Should there be any problem in that regard, she will address the Court accordingly.

FOR THESE REASONS, THE UNDERSIGNED : [ 3 ] GRANTS the motion to cease to representing; [ 4 ] PERMITS Mtre Sharon Sandiford to cease representing the Appellant ; [ 5 ] TAKES COGNIZANCE of the undertaking of Dewo Chengberlin to inform his new attorney, Mtre Andrew Babarcki, to file a statement of substitution of attorney no later than February 8, 2017.
