Anne Dumont, Clerk at the hearing JUDGMENT WARNING : Disclosure and circulation prohibited: The Code of Civil Procedure (“ C.C.P .”) provides that, except as authorized by the court, no person shall disclose or circulate any information that would allow a party or a child whose interests are at stake in a proceeding in a family matter to be identified (art. 16 C.C.P .). [ 1 ] The applicant requests permission to correct its memorandum and to file the missing pages of a testimony transcript. The intended corrections and missing pages are specified in the motion.

The respondent does not object. [ 2 ] For its part, the respondent takes the opportunity to request an additional two weeks to file its memorandum. The applicant does not object. [ 3 ] The parties have agreed that the decision will be rendered without a hearing and without costs, in the circumstances.

FOR THESE REASONS, THE UNDERSIGNED: [ 4 ] AUTHORIZES the applicant to correct its memorandum and the missing pages, as specified in the motion, and file it no later than September 14, 2023, without legal costs; [ 5 ] GRANTS the respondent an extension of time to file its factum no later than October 3, 2023, without legal costs.
