He asks that X be returned to his father's care. [ 2 ] At the hearing, the father and the youth are present, represented by Me Angela Tommasel and Me Yan Massé. The mother is absent.

Me Robert-André Adam represents the petitioner. [ 3 ] According to Sections 76.3 and 76.4 of the Youth Protection Act , the parties produce a draft agreement, and following the comments of the youth's lawyer, the Court concludes that the measures agreed upon are in the youth's best interest and in the respect of his rights. [ 4 ] FOR THESE MOTIVES, THE COURT : [ 5 ] GRANTS the petition; [ 6 ] DECLARES that the security and development of X are still in danger; [ 7 ] ACKNOWLEDGES the agreement filed as exhibit D-2 and annexed to the present judgment; [ 8 ] ORDERS the implementation of the measures applicable agreed upon by the parties and listed in paragraph 3 of the agreement; [ 9 ] ENTRUSTS the youth's situation to the Director of Youth Protection for the purpose of executing the measures agreed upon. __________________________________ DENYSE LEDUC, J.C.Q.
