s) Annabel David Clerk BY THE JUDGE JUDGMENT [ 1 ] The Applicant filed a motion for variation of interim release conditions, which, rightly so, is not contested by the Respondent. [ 2 ] The parties agree that the wording of the modifications sought should be modified to properly reflect their intent. THEREFORE, THE UNDERSIGNED : [ 3 ] GRANTS the applicant’s motion, as verbally amended at the hearing; [ 4 ] MODIFIES the interim release order issued by Justice St-Pierre on August 17, 2016, for the sole purpose of adding condition 5

b) and modifying condition 10, which will now read as follows: 5 b). Notwithstanding conditions 3, 4 and 5, RESIDE at Holiday Inn Montreal-Longueil, 900 rue St-Charles East, Longueuil, Québec, J4H 3Y2 from Friday September 16, 2016 3:00 PM to Sunday September 18, 2016, at noon, during which period she will meet with her attorney and her cousin Christine Noel; 10.
