Mihary Andrianaivo Clerk BY THE JUDGE JUDGMENT [ 1 ] Whereas Oswald Wyke has filed a motion pursuant to subsection 678(2) Cr.C . to extend the time limit to file notice of appeal from a guilty verdict rendered by the Superior Court on October 19, 2017; [ 2 ] Whereas the respondent does not contest the motion; [ 3 ] Whereas the explanations for late filing are adequate and the requirements of subsection 678(2) C.cr . are otherwise satisfied; [ 4 ] Whereas the petitioner seeks to appeal the guilty verdict on questions of law.

FOR THE FOREGOING REASONS, THE UNDERSIGNED: [ 5 ] GRANTS the motion; [ 6 ] EXTENDS the time limit to file a notice of appeal until February 28, 2018; [ 7 ] AUTHORIZES the petitioner to file notice of appeal on questions of law annexed to the motion in the registry of the Court.
