[ 2 ] The terms of the Settlement Agreement are as follows: “The parties agree to settle the present case, in capital, interest, additional indemnity and legal costs as follows: The Defendant Yue Zhu will pay the Syndicat des Copropriétaires du 440 de la Gauchetière Est the amount of $4,534.82 in six (6) equal payments of $755.80 on the following dates, by way of postdated cheques: 1) August 1, 2018; 2) September 1, 2018; 3) October 1, 2018; 4) November 1, 2018; 5) December 1, 2018; and 6) January 1, 2019.

The postdated cheques will be given to Mrs. Marguerite Ronaldo, at her condo unit 402, at the latest on July 5, 2018, at 5:00 p.m. In the event that the postdated cheques are not delivered at the time stipulated or are afterwards not honoured by the bank of the Defendant, then the total remaining amount is immediately due and exigible.
