Any person who contravenes this provision commits an offence and is liable to a fine (sections 11.2, 11.2.1 and 135 Y.P.A.) [ 1 ] Whereas the Court must decide on a demand from the Director of Youth Protection for the children to extend immediate protection measure requesting that the children be entrusted to their mother for a period not exceeding five ( 5) business days. [ 2 ] Considering the children interest; [ 3 ] Considering that there is a violent relationship between the mother and M.

B; [ 4 ] Considering that the children are submitted to violent disputes; [ 5 ] Considering that there is the presence of drugs in the mother’s residence and is accessible to the children; [ 6 ] Considering that the Tribunal made the observation of the need for such a measure and recognizes the merits; [ 7 ] FOR THE REASONS, THE COURT : [ 8 ] GRANTS the motion; [ 9 ] PROLONGES the implementation of immediate protective measures for a period of five (5) working days of this judgment :

a) ENTRUSTS X to her mother at the exclusion of her boyfriend, B;

b) ENTRUSTS Y to his mother at the exclusion of the father, M. B;

c) ORDERS that the contacts between Y and his father in the exclusion of the mother and the paternal grandmother;
