section 95 of the Youth Protection Act. [ 2 ] At the beginning of the hearing, the attorney for the Director of the Youth Protection stated that this petition is based on the following motives: - Despite the intensity of services put in place for the family, the parents are still experiencing difficulty in recognising the child's specific needs; - The parent's collaboration is minimal and they are not bringing any changes to their lifestyle in order to put an end the compromission; - The Director of Youth Protection's involvement remains necessary in order to ensure that the child will receive all services he requires. [ 3 ] The Court, with the consent of the child attorney, read the report (D-1) filed by M e Sandra Couture, attorney for the Director of Youth Protection; [ 4 ] Given the consent of all parties with the social practitioner's recommendations; THEREFORE THE COURT : GRANTS the petition; DECLARES that the security and the development of the child is still compromise; EXTENDS the decision rendered on February 21 st , 2011; ORDERS that X be maintained under the care of her parents; RECOMMENDS that X receives the care and services required by her situation and that the parents follow the recommendations (psychiatric follow up, Pavillon A and CSSS follow-up); RECOMMENDS that both parents participates in a consultation process to improve their parental abilities and apply the recommendations to promote X's development; RECOMMENDS that the parents collaborate actively with the [centre jeunesse A], Pavillon A, CSSS, the school and the [centre B] in order to ensure X's health and well-being;

RECOMMENDS that the parents report to DPJ on a regular basis (every two weeks); RECOMMENDS that the parents participates actively to the intervention plan; ORDERS that a person authorised by the Director of Youth Protection provides aid, counsel and assistance to the child and her family for a period of one year; ENTRUSTS the situation of the child to the Director of Youth Protection who shall then see that the measures are carried out. __________________________________ MICHEL SÉGUIN, J.C.Q.
