Nadia Samy Clerk JUDGMENT [ 1 ] Considering the consent of the parties; THEREFORE, THE UNDERSIGNED: [ 2 ] GRANTS the amended motion for release from prison; [ 3 ] ORDERS the release of the appellant, M. M. (a.k.a. M. Me.), on the following conditions: 1. Maintain the existing deposit the amount of $5,000.00 by D. N.; 2. Keep the peace and be of good behaviour; 3.
Reside at [...], Town A, Quebec and not change address without the permission of the Court; 4. Be at this address between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. every day except for a medical emergency involving her, one of her children or her mother D. N.; 5. Not leave the Province of Quebec; 6. Abstain from the consumption of alcohol and illegal drugs; 7. Abstain from going to any bar, club or similar place, private or public in which alcohol and/or drugs are consumed or may be consumed including family parties; 8. Refrain from using, carrying or having in her possession any firearms or weapons of any sort; 9.
Report to the SQ office at […], Town A, Quebec, once a week every Tuesday to sign the register starting on April 22, 2014; 10. Constitute herself prisoner at Établissement de Détention Maison A by 3 p.m. on the day that the Supreme Court of Canada announces that a decision will be rendered on her application for leave to appeal; 11. Refrain from making a passport application for herself or any of her minor children; [ 4 ] ORDERS that an undertaking of these conditions be given before a justice of the peace assigned to such matters, before the appellant is released.
