THEREFORE, THE UNDERSIGNED: [ 2 ] GRANTS the appellant’s application for leave to file supplementary grounds of appeal and to extend the delays for production of the appellant arguments to June 13, 2019; [ 3 ] ALLOWS the appellant to file an Amended Notice of appeal to request that a new trial take place. [ 4 ] EXTENDS the appellant’s delay to file her arguments to June 18, 2019; [ 5 ] EXTENDS the respondent’s delay to file his arguments to June 30, 2019; [ 6 ] ALLOWS both parties to add two pages to their arguments for a total of 17 pages per party; [ 7 ] THE WHOLE without costs.
