Maintain the deposit of money of $ 10,000 already made before the Office of the Superior Court; 2.

Maintain the recognizance of $ 10,000 without deposit by the third person, Monica Uwaifo; 3. Keep the peace and be of good behaviour and appear in Court whenever required; 4. Refrain from taking his passport from the Office of the Superior Court and abstain from applying for a new one; 5. Abstain from leaving the Province of Quebec, except for work purposes; 6. Reside at [...], Lachine, Quebec and not change address without prior authorization of the Court; 7. Be at this address between 11:00pm and 6:00am, except for work purposes; 8.

Abstain from being at or going to the following address: [...], Lasalle, Quebec; 9. Abstain from using a computer, except for work purposes; 10. Abstain form operating a Western Union or MoneyGram terminal or any other money sending device or business; 11. Report to the RCMP station located at 4225 Dorchester, Westmount, between 9:00am and 6:00pm and sign the register once a week on Fridays beginning on October 4, 2013; 12.

Surrender into the custody of the Rivière-des-Prairies Detention Center located at 11 900 Armand Chaput avenue, Montreal, within 24 hours of the decision of the Minister of Justice ordering his surrender to the United States;
