Asma Berrak Clerk JUDGMENT [ 1 ] Richard Allen Goodheart has filed an application for modification of judicial interim release pending a decision of the Minister of Justice regarding surrender. On August 26 th , 2013 my colleague Madam Justice Marie St-Pierre granted Mr.

Goodheart’s application for judicial interim release, subject to conditions set forth in her judgment and consigned upon a recognizance (attached thereto). [ 2 ] Counsel for the United States of America consents to the motion. It is in the interest of justice that the motion be granted to allow Mr. Goodheart to attend court in Thunder Bay, Ontario.

FOR THESE REASONS , the undersigned: [ 3 ] GRANTS the motion to modify the conditions of judicial interim release; [ 4 ] SUSPENDS conditions 4, 5b) and 5g) set forth in the recognizance, appended to the judgment of St-Pierre, J.A., from March 11 th , 2014 to March 27 th , 2014; [ 5 ] ORDERS that 2 new conditions be added: 1. Between March 12, 2014 and March 26 th , 2014: the applicant must reside at [...], Thunder Bay, Ontario [...] and be at this address between midnight and 6 a.m., except for medical emergencies; 2.

The applicant must report to the RCMP Detachment in Thunder Bay located at 221 North, Archibald Street, Thunder Bay, Ontario P7C 3Y3, twice each week to sign the register, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, beginning on March 13 th , 2014 (it being understood that on that date he shall report to the Thunder Bay police authorities) and ending on March 25 th , 2014; [ 6 ] All other conditions for judicial interim release shall remain unchanged; [ 7 ] ORDERS that this undertaking be signed before a justice of the peace designated to hear such matters.
