Third Party ______________________________________________________________________ ORDER ON MOTION FOR TEMPORARY CONFINEMENT FOR A PSYCHIATRIC ASSESSMENT (Section 27 and following, C.C.Q and 391 and following, C.C.P.) ______________________________________________________________________ [ 1 ] CONSIDERING the proof; [ 2 ] CONSIDERING exhibit P-1; [ 3 ] CONSIDERING the defendant’s testimony; [ 4 ] CONSIDERING the fact that the defendant represents a danger to himself or to others owing to his mental state; [ 5 ] CONSIDERING the fact that the defendant refuses to submit himself to a psychiatric assessment; [ 6 ] CONSIDERING the defendant needs help; THEREFORE, THE COURT : [ 7 ] GRANTS the present motion; [ 8 ] SHORTENS the notification delay of the present motion; [ 9 ] ORDERS to the defendant to submit himself to a psychiatric assessment which will be done by the Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux de la Gaspésie – Maria’s Hospital, located at 419, boulevard Perron, Maria (Quebec); [ 10 ] ORDERS that the defendant be temporarily confined in this establishment for a psychiatric assessment; [ 11 ] ORDERS to this establishment’s professional services Director to give the Court of Quebec (Civil Division) Court clerk the two reports constituting the psychiatric assessment in the seven days of the judgment; [ 12 ] ORDERS that the access to the file be limited and ORDERS that the exhibits of the plaintiff be placed in a sealed envelope;
