section 95 of the Youth Protection Act. [ 2 ] At the beginning of the hearing, the attorney for the Director of the Youth Protection stated that this petition is based on the following motives: - The mother entered a rehabilitation center for her drug and medication addiction and left the program because she was still using ; - The father was arrested and charged for possession and trafficking drugs; - The situation of the parents necessitates that the visits with their child be supervised. [ 3 ] The Court, with the consent of the child attorney, read the report (D-1) filed by M e Danielle Pharand, attorney for the Director of Youth Protection; [ 4 ] Given the consent of all parties with the social practitioner's recommendations; THEREFORE THE COURT : GRANTS the petition; DECLARES that the security and the development of the child is still compromise; REVISES the decision rendered on February 22 nd , 2011; ORDERS that X be entrusted to A (paternal grandmother) for a period of six months; TAKE NOTICE of the intention of the Youth Protection Director to proceed according to section 62(2) and (3) of the Law in reintegration with the parents if the situation is permitting it; ORDERS that the visits with the mom and dad be supervised until deemed necessary and according to the modalities of the CJ [A]; RECOMMENDS that the parents refrain from drug and alcohol consumption; RECOMMENDS that the parents attend and successfully complete a detox program and drug addictions program; RECOMMENDS that there be no drugs and alcohol in the home;

RECOMMENDS that the mother receives counselling for her attempted suicide threat; RECOMMENDS that the mother and father both seek and successfully complete the follow-up services of the after care worker at CJ [A]; RECOMMENDS that the parents collaborate and report themselves with the CJO/KZHSS weekly; ORDERS that the CJ [A] provide follow-up, support and counsel the child and her family for a period of one year; ENTRUSTS the situation of the child to the Director of Youth Protection who shall then see that the measures are carried out. __________________________________ MICHEL SÉGUIN, J.C.Q.
