section 40 respecting his surrender (para. 20

b) of the Extradition Act ); [ 2 ] Seeing that the motion is not contested by the respondent and that the applicant has been on bail throughout the extradition process thus far; [ 3 ] Seeing that his application satisfies the requirements of s. 679 Cr.C . ; [ 4 ] Seeing that the release conditions jointly suggested by the parties are reasonable; THE UNDERSIGNED: [ 5 ] GRANTS the motion; [ 6 ] ORDERS the release of the applicant Aqiyl (a.k.a. Agiyl) Kamaldin pending the Minister’s decision under

section 40 respecting his surrender, subject to the following conditions: 1° Maintain the deposit of $5,000 by the third person, Caroline Daniel (applicant’s mother), already made with the Office of the Superior Court; 2° Maintain the applicant’s sister, Maryam Kamaldin, surety and recognizance in the amount of $10,000, without deposit, already made before the Clerk of the Superior Court, which recognizance will guarantee and ensure the applicant’s respect of all the conditions of his interim release; 3° Keep the peace, be of good behavior and attend court whenever required; 4° Leave his passport with the Office of the Superior Court and abstain from applying for a new one; 5° Not leave the Province of Quebec; 6° Reside with his girlfriend, Latisha Patterson, at […] Lachine, Québec, […], and not change address without prior authorization of this Court or one of its judges; 7° Be at this address at all times between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., except for reasons of legitimate employment or medical

emergencies; 8° Provide a landline telephone number registered to […], Lachine, Québec, […], and answer any calls made by law enforcement during his curfew.
