section 95 of Youth Protection Act to extend the decision rendered by the Honourable Judge Turpin, on June 6 th , 2012. [ 2 ] In support of her recommendations, the attorney for the Director of Youth Protection submits a report prepared by the declarant [Social Worker 1]. [ 3 ] The Court, with the consent of the attorney, read the report (D-1) filed by M e Danielle Pharand, attorney for the Director of Youth Protection. [ 4 ] It appears, from the report, that the parents need to show long term sobriety; they still have a drug and alcohol consumption problem and their personal situation does not permit the children to be entrusted to them.
[ 5 ] The Director of Youth Protection recommends that the children be entrusted to the paternal grand-parents for a period of 6 months and that a person working for A provides aid, counsel and assistance to the children and their family for a period of one year. [ 6 ] The parents attend the hearing; they agree to these recommendations.The grand-parents accept to take care of their grand- children. [ 7 ] Given the evidence adduced consisted mainly in the filling of the social practioner's report; [ 8 ] Given the consent of all parties with the social practitioner's recommendations; THEREFORE THE COURT : GRANTS the petition; DECLARES that the security and the development of the children is still compromise; REVISES and EXTENDS the decision rendered on June 6 th , 2012; ENTRUSTS the children to the paternal grand-parents, E and F for a period of 6 months; ORDERS that the children's parents report every two weeks to the director on the measures they apply to put an end to the situation in wich the security and the development of their children are in danger, specifically in regards to drug and alcohol issues and relationship issues; ORDERS that the visits between the children and the parents be according to the modalities of the Centres jeunesse A; ORDERS that a person authorized by the Director of Youth Protection provides aid, counsel and assistance to the children and their family for a period of one year; [ 9 ] ENTRUSTS the situation of the children to the Director of Youth Protection who shall then see that the measures are carried out. __________________________________ MARIE PRATTE, J.C.Q.
