[ 2 ] The child was present and represented by a lawyer.

The mother and the father were also present but not represented. [ 3 ] The draft agreement states that the consent of the parties was given in a free and enlightened manner.

The parties acknowledge the following facts which endanger the security and the development of the child: 2.1 Despite the help that was offered to the family during the last year, it has not been possible to put an end to the situation in which the security or development of the child is in danger; 2.2 The mother made a lot of efforts to improve her parental abilities; 2.3 The father is more present in the child's life; 2.4 The child X needs a lot a supervision in school; 2.5 Despite the fact that the parents are able to communicate, their conjugal situation is not totally clear. [ 4 ] They also agree on several measures in order to put an end to the situation which endangers the child's security and development: 3.1 Maintain that the security and development of X, born on […], 2002, are still in danger; 3.2 Entrust the child to his parents; 3.3 Order that aid, counselling and assistance be provided to the child and his parents by the Centre Jeunesse for a period of 12 months; 3.4 Order that the mother follow through with the recommendations and the services offered by the Centre A, until judged necessary from the professionals dispensing those services; 3.5 Order that the mother seeks professional help in regards to her personal issues, until judged necessary from the professionals

dispensing those services; 3.6 Order that the father keeps seeking professional help from the CSSS A for his drug and alcohol consummation and his personal issues, until judged necessary from the professionals dispensing those services; 3.7 Authorizes all professionals involved to exchange information with the DYP regarding the security and development of the youth and the parents; 3.8 Order that the parents be sober and not consummate (sic) in presence of the children; 3.9 Maintain and prolong all the other orders previously rendered for a period of 12 months; 3.10 Order any police body to collaborate for the purpose of executing this enactment; 3.11 Entrust the child's situation to the director of youth protection for the execution of the present judgment. [ 5 ] Accordingly, the Court is of the opinion that the measures are likely to put an end to the situation and respect the rights and the interest of the child.
