section 95 of the Youth Protection Act. [ 2 ] At the beginning of the hearing, the attorney for the Director of the Youth Protection stated that this petition is based on the following motives: - Recent changes in services have been made and the intervention of Director of Youth Protection remains necessary in order to ensure a transition with minimal impact and to consolidate the acquired progress made by the family. [ 3 ] The Court, with the consent of the attorney, read the report (D-1) filed by M e Sandra Couture, attorney for the Director of Youth Protection; [ 4 ] Given the consent of all parties with the social practitioner's recommendations; THEREFORE THE COURT : GRANTS the petition; DECLARES that the security and the development of the child is still compromise; EXTENDS the decision rendered on May 2 nd , 2012 by the Honourable Judge Raymond Séguin; ORDERS that X be entrusted to her mother; ORDERS that X receives services necessary in regards to her mental and physical health, and follows the professional's recommendations; RECOMMENDS that the mother receives services necessary in regards to her mental and physical health and follows the professionals' recommendations; ORDERS that X and her mother receive support from the CSSS (to facilitate the communication with the school and to help X with her social skills); ORDERS that both parents participate actively in the intervention plan aiming to correcting the present situation compromising X's safety and development; ORDERS that a person authorised by the Director of Youth Protection provides aid, counsel and assistance to the child and her family for a period of six months;
