[ 1 ] The appellant has inscribed an appeal from a decision of the Court of Quebec that has dismissed his motion for leave to appeal from decision of the Rental Board. [ 2 ] At law, there is no right of appeal from such of decision, accordingly the appeal will be dismissed. [1] [ 3 ] It follows that we have no jurisdiction to entertain respondent's demand for payment of his extrajudicial cost based on
