section 95 of the Youth Protection Act. [ 2 ] At the beginning of the hearing, the attorney for the Director of the Youth Protection stated that the this petition is based on the following motives: ▪ The parents are note able to adequately assume the full-time care of the child due to their instability; ▪ The parent's collaboration with the services is sparse; ▪ The child needs to be stabilized in an environment that will answer her needs on a long term basis; [ 3 ] The Court, with the consent of the child's attorney, read the following report filed by Me Sandra Couture, attorney for the Director of Youth Protection: D-1 Court Report dated 2011-09-22, 2011-05-06; [ 4 ] Given the consent of all parties with the social practitioner's recommendations; CONSEQUENTLY THE COURT : DECLARES that the security and development of the child is still compromise; GRANTS the petition; EXTENDS the decision rendered October 18 th , 2010; ORDERS that X be entrusted into the care of her paternal grandmother, Mme A for another six months; ORDERS that in that time frame, DYP prepares a petition for subsidized tutorship with the paternal grandmother, Mme A and actualizes a permanent life project ORDERS that the child receives certain health care services required by her state (ie.

Counselling at the CLSC); ORDERS that X attends school regularly; ORDERS that the contacts with the mother be determined as per their frequency and modality by the DYP and taking into consideration the desire & interest of the child and supervised if warranted; ORDERS that the contacts with the father be determined as per their frequency and modality by the DYP including supervision if deemed necessary and taking into consideration the desire & interest of the child;

RECOMMENDS that Ms [Social Worker 1] undergoes a re-assessment of her mental health diagnosis's and applies the recommendations; ORDERS that the father undergoes a drug & alcohol assessment; ODERS that a person authorised by the Director of the Youth Protection provide aid, counsel and assistance to the child and the family for the duration of the present order; ENTRUSTS the situation of the child to the Director of Youth protection who shall then see that the measures are carried out. __________________________________ LOUISE TURPIN, J.C.Q.
