P-34.1 R.S.Q. ) ______________________________________________________________________ [ 1 ] Mr [Social Worker 1] , delegate of the Director of Youth Protection A, asks the Court to declare the security and development of A (6 years old), Z (5 years old), Y (3 years old) and X (1 ½ year old) in danger with regard to
section 38 (b) 2º and
c) of the Youth Protection Act . [ 2 ] The parents were both present at the hearing and represented by Me Tania Bélanger.
The children are represented by Me Isabelle Godon and Me Marie-Michèle Boulanger represents the petitioner. [ 3 ] The parents acknowledge the situation that endangers the security and development of their children and are in agreement with the measures proposed. [ 4 ] Consequently, the parties produced draft agreements, and following the comments of the children's lawyer, the Court concludes that the measures agreed upon are in the children's best interest and respect their rights. [ 5 ] FOR THESE MOTIVES, THE COURT : [ 6 ] DECLARES the security and development of A, Z, Y and X in danger; [ 7 ] ACKNOWLEDGES the agreements filed as exhibit D-6 and annexed to the present judgment; [ 8 ] ORDERS the implementation of the measures applicable agreed upon by the parties and listed in paragraph 3 of the agreements; [ 9 ] ENTRUSTS the children's situation to the Director of Youth Protection for the purpose of executing the measures agreed upon. __________________________________ DENYSE LEDUC, J.C.Q.
