Any person who contravenes this provision commits an offence and is liable to a fine (sections 11.2, 11.2.1 and 135 Y.P.A.). ______________________________________________________________________ [ 1 ] The Director of Youth Protection submits to the Court an Application concerning the adolescent; [ 2 ] On June 8, 2020, the parties submitted to the Court a draft agreement, as provided for in
section 76.3 of the Youth Protection Act, which is annexed to this judgment and forms an integral part of it; [ 3 ] The parties agree that the security and development of the adolescent are in danger and agree on the measures to be taken to remedy the situation of compromise. [ 4 ] This agreement, which reflects the position expressed by the parties, respects the prescriptions of the Youth Protection Act and responds to the best interest of the adolescent and the respect of his rights; [ 5 ] It is therefore necessary to ratify this agreement and make it enforceable.
THEREFORE, THE COURT: [ 6 ] GRANTS the Application; [ 7 ] DECLARES that the security and the development of the adolescent are in danger under
section 38 b) (1) iii pursuant to the Youth Protection Act;
[ 8 ] RATIFIES AND DECLARES EXECUTORY the agreement between the parties attached to the present judgment; [ 9 ] ENTRUSTS the situation of the adolescent, X, to the Director of Youth Protection for the execution of the measures; [ 10 ] THE WHOLE for a period of one (1) year.
