s) Clerk JUDGMENT [ 1 ] The application is not contested and the petitioner will be released under the following conditions: ▪ Maintain the deposit of money of $ 10,000 already made before the Office of the Superior Court; ▪ Maintain the recognizance of $ 10,000 without deposit by the third person, Monica Uwaifo; ▪ Keep the peace and be of good behaviour and appear in Court whenever required; ▪ Refrain from taking his passport from the Office of the Superior Court and abstain from applying for a new one; ▪ Abstain from leaving the Province of Quebec, except for work purposes; ▪ Reside at […], Lachine, Quebec and not change address without prior authorization of the Court; ▪ Be at this address between 11 :00pm and 6:00am, except for work purposes; ▪ Abstain from being at or going to the following address: […], Lasalle, Quebec; ▪ Abstain from using a computer, except for work purposes; ▪ Abstain from operating a Western Union or MoneyGram terminal or any other money sending device or business; ▪ Report to the RCMP station located at 4225 Dorchester, Westmount, between 9:00am and 6:00pm and sign the register once a week on Fridays beginning on August 15, 2014; ▪ Surrender into the custody of the Rivière-des-Prairies Detention Center no later then 4 p.m. on the day before the hearing of his application for judicial review.
The petitioner acknowledges having been informed that his failure to so may result in his application being dismissed without a hearing.
