In the case of : X ([…], 1998) JUDGMENT ON A MOTION FOR REVISION (Sec. 95(1) Youth Protection Act) [ 1 ] The Director of Youth Protection asks the Court to revise the order made on May 25, 2011, entrusting the youth X (1998-[…]) with her aunt A for a period of one year. [ 2 ] Up to February 2012, the youth displayed behavior problems, not respecting the curfew, not attending school on a regular basis, not respecting the rules of the foster family. [ 3 ] Since February 2012 however, the youth improved her behavior. [ 4 ] The youth had irregular contacts with her mother while her father is not involved in her life. [ 5 ] Considering the youth's improvement of her behavior, her aunt agrees to foster her until her majority. [ 6 ] FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT : [ 7 ] GRANTS the motion for revision; [ 8 ] DECLARES that the security or development of the youth X are still in danger; [ 9 ] DECLARES that the present situation constitutes new facts; [ 10 ] FORBIDS B to come into contact with the youth; [ 11 ] ORDERS the youth not to come into contact with B; [ 12 ] ORDERS that the youth be entrusted with her aunt, A, until she reaches her majority; [ 13 ] ORDERS that a person working for an institution or body provide aide, counseling or assistance to the youth and the youth's family; [ 14 ] ORDERS that the youth and the youth's family take an active

part in the application of the measures ordered by the Court; [ 15 ] ORDERS that the youth and the youth's parent, report at regular intervals to the D.Y.P. to inform him of the current situation;

[ 16 ] ORDERS that the youth attend school and respect the school's rules; [ 17 ] ORDERS that the youth respect the rules of the foster family, respect the curfew with no sleepovers without permission; [ 18 ] THE WHOLE until the youth's majority.
