section 38 of the Youth Protection, introduced by the Director of Youth Protection, for the purposes of declaring that the security and the development of X are considered to be in danger for the following reasons: - The is a situation in which there is a serious risk that the child parents are not providing the basic needs for him; - The is a situation in which the child is seriously or repeatedly subjected to behaviour on the part of the parent's such as exposure to domestic violence; [ 2 ] In support of his recommendations, the attorney for the Director of Youth Protection submits a report prepared by Mrs. [Social Worker 1] (D-1). [ 3 ] Given the evidence adduced consisted mainly in the filling of the social practitioner's report; [ 4 ] Given the consent of all parties with the social practitioner's recommendations; CONSEQUENTLY THE COURT : GRANTS the present petition; DECLARES that the security and the development of the child are compromise for the motives alleged in the said petition; ORDERS that X be confined to the care of the grand father, A for a period of six months; ORDERS that the visits with the mother will be according to the [Center A] modalities and supervised if needed; ORDERS that the visits with dad will be supervised until deemed necessary; ORDERS that the visits with the mom's boyfriend (
B) will be supervised until deemed necessary; RECOMMENDS that the father will seek services to address his addiction issue; RECOMMENDS that the mother will continue to receive after-care services from the [Center A] after care program; ORDERS that there is to be no drugs or alcohol in the presence of the child; RECOMMENDS that the mother will continue with her psychological counselling for her personal issues (enabling, co-dependency); RECOMMENDS that the mother and her common-law partner (
B) will continue their counselling for verbal abuse between couples;
RECOMMENDS the mom's common-law partner (
B) will seek services to address his drug addiction; ORDERS that the parents meet with/contact the [Center A] worker every 2 nd week; RECOMMENDS that the father receive a psychological evaluation; ORDERS that the [Center A] provide aid, counselling and assistance to the child and her family for a period of six months; ENTRUSTS the situation of the child to the Director of Youth Protection who shall then see that the measures are carried out. __________________________________ MICHEL SÉGUIN, J.C.Q.
