Robert Osadchuck, Clerk at the hearing JUDGMENT [ 1 ] The appellant who is incarcerated for reasons unrelated to the present matter states through counsel that he is unable to comply with the Rules of the Court, and that he cannot afford the costs of having a transcript of the trial proceedings prepared. [ 2 ] The delays for the filing of an “Exposé”, extended until June 8, 2020, having now expired, the Court is of the view that the Crown’s request that the appeal be declared abandoned is well-founded, and accordingly, it is so declared.
