Robert Osadchuck Clerk BY THE COURT JUDGMENT [ 1 ] In light of the present circumstances, we are of the unanimous opinion that security in the amount of $40,000 is warranted. [ 2 ] The Motion to dismiss the appeal is dismissed, costs to follow suit. [ 3 ] The Appellant is ordered to deposit with the Clerk of the Court of Appeal in Montreal an amount of $40,000 within a delay of 30 days or to effect the security deposit in that amount and within that delay in such other manner as the parties may agree to.
